0. Install edX tutor version 17 (Git) See this if you are on Punsarn Dev/Testing

git checkout v17
pip install -e .
tutor --version

1. Restore data

# For container in proxmox. Elasticsearch will broken
tutor config save --set ENABLE_ELASTICSEARCH=false
tutor local launch

2. Backup or take snapshot
3. Upgrade to v18 and run tutor local launch
4. Backup or take snapshot
5. Upgrade to v19 and run tutor local launch
6. Backup or take snapshot
7. Upgrade to v20 and run tutor local launch
