This is a new feature request. The notification channels for email and LINE were not previously configured in Uptime Kuma.

Solution / Workaround
We will configure two separate notification channels in Uptime Kuma: one for email (SMTP) and another for Discord.
Verification Steps
- After setting up each notification channel (Email and Discord), click the Test button next to it in the Uptime Kuma settings.
- Confirm that a test notification is successfully received at the configured email address and in the designated Discord channel.
- Associate the new notification channels with the monitors you want to be alerted for.
